24/7 Animal Hospitals helps pet owners find an open emergency vet fast, when every minute counts.

Most pet emergencies happen at the worst possible time: late at night, on a weekend, on a holiday. Search results are often cluttered with regular vets that are closed, clinics that shut down years ago and listings with wrong phone numbers. We built this directory to fix that.

How we check listings

Our directory includes 430 emergency animal hospitals. In October 2026, we checked each one against the hospital's own website and current business listings. We removed clinics that had closed or become regular day practices, updated names for hospitals that changed owners, and corrected addresses for hospitals that moved.

We only label a hospital Open 24/7 when we could confirm round-the-clock hours. If we couldn't, the listing says so and asks you to call ahead.

What we are and aren't

We're an independent directory. We aren't a veterinary practice, we don't give medical advice, and hospitals don't pay to be listed. Our guides are written in plain language for general information. Always follow the advice of a veterinarian who has examined your pet.
